Xajeet, Inc., a Delaware corporation and its affiliate and subsidiaries (“Xajeet”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) know that you value your privacy and security. This Privacy Policy describes the ways in which we use and disclose Personal Information we collect through our website at https://www.xajeet.com/ (the “Xajeet Site”) and that may be captured through the services we provide to our customers on their websites and online services (the “Xajeet Service”). Through this Privacy Policy and other disclosures we make, we provide you with information about our privacy practices and the choices and rights you may have regarding your Personal Information.
About Xajeet
Xajeet Service. We provide our clients with the Xajeet Service, a set of tools and resources to help them better understand the user and customer experience on their websites and online services. Except as otherwise described below, we act as a service provider to our clients, for whom we collect and process aggregate and/or de-identified usage and analytics data regarding their websites that we receive directly through the Xajeet Service. Our clients have access to the data we collect and process on their behalf, and our use and disclosure of data, including any Personal Information, is limited by our agreements with our clients.
This Privacy Policy does not reflect the privacy practices of our clients, and we are not responsible for our clients’ privacy policies or practices. We do not review, comment upon, or monitor our clients’ privacy policies or their compliance with their respective privacy policies and/or their agreements with you. If you wish to know about the information practices of the clients who use the Xajeet Service, please contact them directly.
The Xajeet Site. We also maintain our own website, the Xajeet Site, where we provide our clients and other visitors with information about Xajeet and our services. We may collect Personal Information to provide access to the Xajeet Site, answer queries about the Xajeet Site and its contents, and process communications and other inquiries received through the Xajeet Site. For instance, if you sign up to learn more about Xajeet, we may collect and use the contact information you consent to provide us in order to communicate with you.
Information We Collect and Use
“Personal Information” means any information that identifies, relates to, or describes, directly or indirectly, an individual or household. Personal Information may include some or all of the following: identifiers such as a name, an identification number, location data, device identifiers, and online identifiers.
We collect the Personal Information as described below in this Privacy Policy.
Personal Identifiers and Contact Information You Choose to Provide – Xajeet Service clients and users of the Xajeet Site may provide us with personal identifiers and contact details, which may include:
- name
- e-mail address
- phone number (including mobile phone number)
- organizational affiliation and role
- other registration information.
We use this information to provide and maintain the Xajeet Service and Xajeet Site, to display and send messages, and to respond to any requests and questions. By submitting your email address and phone number, you consent to receive communications for these purposes.
Other Information You Provide – In the course of using the Xajeet Service or Xajeet Site, we collect other information, including Personal Information, you provide when you complete forms (such as a request for a trial of our product or a client services inquiry) or create an account for yourself or on behalf of your organization. We use this information for typical business and commercial purposes (including providing and improving our products and services to you, compliance with legal obligations, and use for auditing, security, and anti-fraud purposes).
Information We Automatically Collect – We and our third-party service providers may automatically receive information when you visit the Xajeet Site, including through cookies and other similar technologies like web beacons and web server logs. The information includes the type of device, links you clicked on the Xajeet Site, your IP address, and other information processed by cookies and similar technologies. A cookie is a small amount of data (often including a unique identifier), that is sent to your browser from a website’s computers and stored on your computer’s hard drive. We use this information to provide and improve the Xajeet Site and the products and services we provide; to personalize the content, messages, and user experience we provide to you; to provide technical support; to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, intellectual property infringement, violations of our Terms of Service, violations of law, or other misuse of our sites, products, and services; and to support our business operations.
We may use cookies to administer the Xajeet Site, generate and analyze statistics about your use of the Xajeet Site, understand site usage, improve the Xajeet Site and the services we provide, such as by using analytics and better tailoring our content and offerings to our users’ needs and preferences. We may also use cookies to collect aggregate information about Xajeet Site users. Our partners also may collect and combine information collected on the Xajeet Site and in our emails with other information about your online activities over time, on other devices, and on other websites or online services, if those websites and services also use the same partners. For example, the information collected for these purposes (including your IP address and other information collected by automated means) may be disclosed to or collected directly by our third-party web analytics service providers, such as Google Analytics. If you don’t want cookies, most web browsers include an option that allows you to not accept them. However, if you set your browser to refuse cookies, some portions of the Xajeet Site may not function efficiently. The Xajeet Site does not respond to browser do-not-track signals.
Pseudonymization and Anonymization – We de-identify and/or aggregate data we receive and may use and disclose it for any business purpose. De-identified data is data that has had identifiable elements removed, and cannot reasonably identify, relate to, describe, be capable of being associated with, or be linked, directly or indirectly, to a particular individual. Aggregate data relates to a group or category of individuals, from which individual identities have been removed.
Legal and Other Similar Uses – We may process (including use, disclose, and store) information, including your Personal Information, if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to comply with law enforcement requests and legal processes, such as a court order or subpoena; respond to your requests; comply with the law; enforce our Terms of Service; or protect your, our, or others’ rights, property, or safety.
Information Sharing
We do not disclose Personal Information about you except as described in this Privacy Policy. We do not rent or sell your Personal Information. We do not share your Personal Information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Service Providers and Vendors – We share the Personal Information we collect with our service providers and vendors so they can provide their services to us. For example, we partner with certain service providers who provide data storage services, who provide the technical infrastructure that enables the Xajeet Site and Xajeet Service to function, and who send communications on our behalf, such as email messages.

Your Organization – If you connect with us through or on behalf of an organization, we treat the Personal Information received through your use of the Xajeet Service in connection with an organization as that organization’s information. In other words, we process the information to provide the Xajeet Service to the organization in compliance with our agreement with it, including by providing access to all Personal Information of the user connected to the organization.
The organization accesses, uses, and discloses information through the Xajeet Service for its business purposes. You may contact your organization to learn about how it uses this information.
Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers – To the extent permitted by applicable law, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of company assets, or transition of service to another provider, your information may be disclosed in connection with the negotiation of such transaction, and/or sold or transferred as part of such a transaction as permitted by law and/or contract.
Security of the Information We Collect
We maintain reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to safeguard the Personal Information collected by the Xajeet Site and Xajeet Service. However, no information system can be 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. Moreover, we are not responsible for the security of information you transmit to us over networks that we do not control, including the Internet and wireless networks.
Third-Party Links and Features
The Xajeet Site and Xajeet Service may contain third-party links or features. We are not responsible for the collection and use of your Personal Information by third parties that are not under our control, and we are not responsible for any acts or omissions by any third-party services you choose to use. We encourage you to review the privacy policies applicable to third-party websites or features.
How Long We Keep Information
We consider several factors to determine how long we need to keep Personal Information. We consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the Personal Information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your Personal Information, the purposes for which we process your Personal Information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, the contractual requirements with our clients, and applicable legal requirements. Once we no longer have a need for Personal Information, we will securely destroy it in accordance with our standards and applicable laws and regulations.
Your Choices
We offer you choices about how we collect, use, and share Personal Information.
Marketing Preferences. You may opt out of marketing related emails and other communications. You may also opt out of our sharing your Personal Information with third parties for their use in direct marketing, including for promotional purposes.
To opt out email marketing, you may use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. You can also provide us with your marketing preferences (for email and other communications) by sending an email to [email protected].
If you contact us by email or mail, please be sure to include your full name, the types of communications you would like to receive or not receive, and your related contact information. For instance, if you would like to opt out of mail, include your mailing address. Please allow sufficient time for your marketing preferences to be processed.
Please note that even if you opt out of receiving marketing communications from us we may continue to contact you for transactional or informational purposes. Some examples are contacts for client services, production information, service or reminder notices, or client surveys. We may also need to contact you with questions or information regarding products or services you have ordered.

We do not share “personal information” (as defined by California Civil Code § 1798.83) with other people or non-affiliated businesses for their direct marketing purposes. The Xajeet Site does not currently respond to browser do-not-track signals.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), California consumers have the right to request:
- the deletion of the Personal Information we have about them
- additional information about whether and how we have collected, used, disclosed, and sold Personal Information about them
- the specific pieces of Personal Information we have about them
California consumers also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment if they exercise the rights listed above.
When you make a request, we may require that you provide information and follow procedures so that we can verify the request and your jurisdiction before responding to it. The verification steps we take may differ depending on the request you make. We will match the information that you provide in your request to information we already have on file to verify your identity. If we are able to verify your request, we will process it. If we cannot verify your request, we may ask you for additional information to help us verify your request.
Consumers will be required to submit their first and last name and email address and may also be asked to provide their telephone number so that we can verify the request. Please provide as much of the requested information as possible to help us verify the request. We will only use the information received in a request for the purposes of responding to the request.
California law permits California consumers to use an authorized agent to make privacy rights requests. We require the authorized agent to provide us with proof of the California consumer’s written permission (for example, a power of attorney) that shows the authorized agent has the authority to submit a request for the California consumer. An authorized agent must follow the process described below to make a request. The authorized agent must also verify his/her own identity. We will confirm the agent’s authority with the California consumer about whom the request was made.
Submitting CCPA requests: Please note that if we process your information in our capacity as a service provider for another business, we may be unable to directly process your request. If so, we will notify you and, if possible, direct you to the correct business to make your request.

The Xajeet Site and Xajeet Service are not directed to, nor do we knowingly collect Personal Information from, children under the age of 13. We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time and in our sole discretion. Any changes will be reflected here, and the date of new versions of this Privacy Policy will be posted at the top of this page. We will make the revised policy accessible here. If we make a material change to this Privacy Policy, you will be provided with appropriate notice, and we will seek your consent to the updated policy in accordance with applicable law.
