- You can see each element interaction, including a replay of recorded sessions
- Real-Time shows if visitors are on track or if they are “lost” in the digital journey

- User IDs allow you to search for a specific customer based on a given email address
How do I look up a specific visitor?
You can access User IDs under the Visitors tab on your dashboard. This will show you a list of website visitors who entered their email address during the selected reporting period. To find a specific visitor, click the green search icon on the bottom left hand side and enter the email address.

What is a funnel?
A Funnel defines a series of actions that you expect your visitors to take on their way to converting a goal. By defining a funnel you can improve your conversion rates and revenue as you can determine where you lose your visitors in converting your goal.
- Find out where your visitors have problems
- Find out where they don’t understand the flow of your website
- Find out where a bug on your website or app occurs
- Find other problems that get in the way of converting your goals
How can I create funnels?
To create funnels, you must first establish a goal. Within the goal settings, you can enable the funnel feature using the option “Activate Funnel” after adding the Funnel steps. It’s crucial to ensure that the configured funnel accurately mirrors the customer’s journey through your website. To do that take note of all the paths the user would have to go through to accomplish each journey. If you only want to check the application process, create a funnel for the form pages only. If you want to record the customer journey from a landing page, home page or some servicing page, make sure to include that page as the beginning of the journey on the desired funnel.
My Heatmap screenshot or screen recording is not displaying correctly, and some styling is missing.
Occasionally, your website may require CSS style adjustments to ensure that all browsers and systems can properly interpret and display the intended styles. If you are experiencing issues with certain styles not appearing correctly on your page, please inform us, and we can implement the necessary CSS changes on your website.
I have made changes to my webpage or its styling. How can I remove a previous heatmap?
It’s important to note that only active heatmaps can have their screenshots updated. If you have made significant alterations to your webpage, we recommend stopping the active heatmap and creating a new one to accurately reflect these changes. On the other hand, if you have only updated or corrected some styles, and no elements have shifted positions on your webpage, you can navigate to the desired active heatmap and select “DELETE SCREENSHOT” located at the end of the page.
My form report does not show friendly Display Names, only input with numbers. Can I have more friendly names?
Yes. Please let us know and we will update your field names with friendly names. The same ones from your existing form on your application or website.
I don’t see any conversions on my forms
A conversion can be set based on a form submission, the form redirection or a custom javascript code.
